Coosawattee River Resort has much to offer adults, as well as children. The resort is a gated community, encompassing over 8,500 acres.

There are 10,000 plus lots, with an average size of 1/2 to 3/4 acres. The Coosawattee River and Mountaintown Creek flow through the property which, along with there being fantastic fishing rivers, allows many other related activities such as rafting, canoeing, etc.

They offer a fee-simple lot ownership, recreational and tent camp grounds.

 Additionally members of Public Safety who patrol the premises are "on call" 24 hours a day.
The 7,500 square foot Water Tower Conference Center offers comfortable facilities with a view that has to be seen to be believed.

Among the amenities are a recreation area - including an indoor heated pool with locker rooms, volleyball court, tennis courts, miniature golf, exercise room, game room and snack bar. Throughout the property are two additional pools, tennis courts, five parks, a teen center, fishing pond, walking and hiking trails, an equestrian center, and multiple Greenbelt general use areas.
